Tone Questionaire

1. What is the author's attitude towards actions or events?

In my opinion, the author's attitude about the actions or the events came really straight, like it tricked the audience at the beginning by saying that the murder was unknown, then slowly coming to the conclusion of the murder.

2. Is the story humorous or tragic or frightening? Does the author want you to laugh or cry, to feel happy or sad, to experience anger or fear?
The story is kind of a tragic and frightening to me. It was like a mind-blown story where the murder killed people to satisfy their own feelings.

3. What is the author's attitude toward characters or the narrator? Does the author like or dislike, trust or mistrust the characters or the narrator?
In my opinion, I think the author is trying to imply that getting jealous isn't a good thing, by showing Romaine and Leonard Vole
